  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a clean criminal record.
  • Demonstrate excellent character, substantiated through bank statements and employer references.

St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Documents

    • Original excerpt of the full birth record or certified copy of the birth certificate.
    • Certified copy of proof of name change, if applicable.
    • Permanent residence card, if applicable.
    • Certified copy of all passport pages.
    • Police report (For USA applicants, an FBI report is required).
    • Medical certification form.
    • Photograph adhering to specified guidelines.
    • Oath or affirmation of allegiance.
    • St. Lucia passport application form.
    • National Insurance Corporation application for registration (under 65).
    • National Insurance Corporation application for registration (65 years and over).
    • Source of funds document.
