Premier Consultancy is a reputed UK-based immigration and tax consultancy firm with offices in Dubai, London, Athens, Lisbon and Lahore (hereinafter, “We” “Us” “Our”, or the “Company”). Over the decades, transparency and accountability have been our Company’s core values. We respect the privacy of all our users, visitors, subscribers and clients (hereinafter, “You”, “Your” or the “Users”) and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information You may provide Us through Our website, any application that We make available via an app-store, or any of Our social media platforms (collectively the “Platform”), and the corresponding services available through the Platform (the “Services”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out and governs the way in which we process any personal information that You provide to Us. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information on who We are and how We collect, store, use and share Your information. By accessing the Platform or using Our Services or otherwise indicating Your consent, You agree to, and where required, consent to the collection, use and transfer of Your information as set out in this Privacy Policy. If You do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, You must not use the Platform and/or the Services. This Privacy Policy supplements other notices and privacy policies and is not intended to override them.

This Privacy Policy:

  • applies only to the Platform and not to website(s) or applications of any other companies or organisations; and
  • specifically addresses Our obligations pursuant to applicable local law(s). We do not make any representations about any third-party websites, links or pages that may be linked to the Platform, nor do we have any obligation to update any related information on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to change, modify or remove the portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, and for any reason at its sole discretion and without notice.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When You visit the Platform, or create a login-in and password to access the Services, You may be asked to provide information about yourself. 
This may include:
  • Your name and contact details, including address, email, telephone and mobile number;
  • information to enable Us to check and verify Your identity;
  • location data;
  • Your billing information, transaction and payment information and history; and (v) such other information as We may from time to time require to provide the Services and/or comply with applicable laws (hereinafter, the “Personal Information”). You agree and, where required, consent to, the collection of Personal Information and other information about Your usage of the Platform and the Services and information from messages and communications You send to Us. The information is required to respond to Your queries, deal with any of Your requests, and provide the Services to You. If You do not provide such information as may be requested, it may compromise the quality of the Services, and delay or prevent Us from providing the Services to You.

This Privacy Policy will also apply when accessing the Platform and/or the Services from mobile technology (such as mobile phones, tablets or other device(s)), unless You have chosen to remain anonymous through Your device and/or Platform settings. This information may be collected and used by Us automatically if You use the Services and access the Platform from mobile technology.

If You contact Us, We may keep a track of any correspondence and may record or monitor any exchange of information (between Us or any third parties such as parties You contact through a form or link on the Platform, or using contact information found on the Platform), for quality assurance and customer service purposes. The information gathered in the process may be used by Us to further improve the Services that We render, enhance the Platform’s overall user experience, and/or for other business, research and development purposes. As part of this process, You may be asked to complete surveys and participate in feedback activities via phone calls, text messages or emails from time to time. However, it is clarified that You are not obliged to respond or participate in such surveys or feedback activities.

COOKIES

When You visit the Platform, We may send a small file or a small document (“cookies”) to Your computer or device that is stored by Your browser to remember You and store Your preferences on Your device. This enables Us to identify Your computer, track Your behaviour on the Platform and to identify Your particular areas of interest so as to personalise and enhance Your experience on the Platform. Users may opt out of

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Personal Information You provide to Us or other information, may be processed both by Us and by other companies/entities or businesses within Our group. Each of the companies/entities or businesses within Our group authorised to process Your information will do so in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Your Personal Information and other information will allow Us to provide You with access to the particular parts of the Platform relevant to You and allow Us to provide the Services that You require.
We will use Your Personal Information and other information for the purpose of providing the Services requested by You, processing any other transactions authorised or made by You with Us, informing You of special offers and providing other marketing information to You which We think You may find of interest, and for quality assurance/customer services or research/development purposes. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use Your Personal Information or related data for their own purposes and only permit them to process information for specified purposes and in accordance with Our instructions.
We may use or share the Personal Information You provide to Us and other information, if We are under a duty to disclose or share such information in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or in order to enforce any obligation against You or to protect the rights of the Company and companies/entities or businesses within Our group. This may include, without limitation, the exchange of information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and prevention.
We may need to share some Personal Information with our affiliates, subsidiaries/companies and third-parties or during a re-structuring of our business. Usually, the Personal Information and other data will be anonymised but this may not always be possible.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We undertake not to provide Your personal information to third parties save in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Personal Information continues to be subject to the same protections set out in this Privacy Policy. 
We ensure that the Personal Information provided by the User remain safe and subject to the protections set out in this Privacy Policy. We only gather information that is lawful and pertinent for the provision of Services. We use reasonable endeavours to keep the User’s informed and updated about the purpose of collecting specific information or details, as and when required. We do not disclose the Personal Information, or financial or any other personal aspects of the User’s information to any stakeholders and/or existing or future clients

We may share or disclose Your Personal Information with:

  • companies, organisations or individuals outside the Company when We have Your consent to do so;
  • Our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process such data or information for Us or for similar reasons, based on Our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures;
  • Our legal and other professional advisors, for example if they are advising us in respect to the Services or where otherwise necessary to obtain their advice; and
  • regulatory bodies, departments and governmental authorities where it is necessary to comply with any applicable laws or regulations, enforce applicable terms of service, prevent actual or potential violations or otherwise address fraud, security or other technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of other Users or the public, as required or permitted by the law.
If involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, or in the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over Us or all or any part of Our assets, that insolvency practitioner may transfer Your information to a third-party purchaser of the business, provided that purchaser undertakes to use data or Your Personal Information for the same purposes as set out in this policy.

SECURITY MEASURES

The Company has implemented security policies, rules and other measures to protect the personal data against unauthorised access, improper use and disclosure, unauthorised destruction or accidental loss. The Company also has in place procedures to deal with suspected data breach. We shall notify You and any relevant authority, regulatory body or enforcement agencies of a suspected data security breach or any violations where We are legally required to do so.
The User shall be solely responsible for keeping the password and other account details confidential. If You have concerns about your password, account details, or are suspicious about any unauthorised use of Your account, then You should contact Us immediately to have Your account deactivated or suspended.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

You may ask Us whether We are storing Personal Information about You and request a copy of the personal data we hold about You via email upon payment of a fee of [AED● /GBP ●]. We may ask for proof of Your identity before providing any requested information, and shall reserve the right to refuse access to the requested information if identity is not established.

We will comply with any requests to exercise Your rights in accordance with the applicable laws, and so there may be circumstances where We are entitled to refuse Your request.

PAYMENT DATA

We employ a third-party provider for processing credit card payments. They have access to Personal Information and other information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We do not have access to or retain any of Your payment information.

This Privacy Policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to bring it in line with the local applicable laws. We reserve the right to change, modify or vary this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be available or displayed on Our Platform, and by continuing to use and access the Platform, following such revisions or changes, You agree to be bound by any such modifications or variations made by Us in the Privacy Policy. It is Your responsibility to check the Company’s privacy policy from time to time to verify such modifications or variations.
