REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment, you are required to follow a eligibility criteria and submit a comprehensive set of documents, as follows:
Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Requirements
- Citizenship by Investment Application Form AB1:
- The main application form for all applicants.
- Photograph and Signature Certificate Form AB2:
- Completed by all applicants with one of eight photographs, certified or notarized.
- Medical Certificate:
- Completed by a physician, including section E, and submitted by the principal applicant.
- HIV Test:
- Required for applicants aged 12 and above, conducted within the last 3 months.
- Passport:
- Certified/notarized colour copy of current passport(s) with full bio page and visa pages. Apostille required for eligible countries.
- Police Certificate:
- Original certificate from any country of residence for 6 consecutive months or longer since turning 18, not older than six months.
- Birth Certificate:
- Certified copy of full birth certificate, including parent’s details.
- Proof of Name Change:
- Certified copy if applicable.
- Bank Reference Letter:
- At least one original letter from an internationally recognized bank, not older than 3 months.
- Statement of Source of Funds:
- Submitted by the principal applicant.
