- Transferring capital equal to or exceeding €500,000 for allocation towards research activities conducted by public or private scientific research institutions integrated into the national scientific and technological system.
- Transferring capital equal to or exceeding €250,000 for investment or support in artistic production, preservation, or maintenance of the national cultural heritage. This can be achieved through various channels such as central and peripheral direct administration services, public institutes, entities within the public business sector, public foundations, private foundations with public utility status, inter-municipal entities, entities within the local business sector, municipal associative entities, and public cultural associations that are engaged in artistic production, preservation, or maintenance of the national cultural heritage.
- Investing capital equal to or exceeding €500,000 in acquiring shares in specific collective investment entities operating under Portuguese law. These entities must have a maturity period of at least five years, and at least 60% of their investments must be in commercial companies based in the national territory.
- Infusing capital in an amount equal to or exceeding €500,000 for either establishing a commercial company with its registered office in the national territory and creating five permanent jobs or increasing the share capital of an already established commercial company with its registered office in the national territory. In the latter case, the investment should lead to the creation of at least five permanent jobs or the maintenance of at least ten jobs, with a minimum of five being permanent, and this commitment should be sustained for a minimum period of three years.
