REQUIREMENTS
The St. Kitts and Nevis mandates that applicants contribute significantly to the country’s economy in exchange for lifelong citizenship through the Citizenship by Investment program, which can be inherited by future generations through descent.
St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Requirements
The main applicant must be at least 18 years old and meet the application criteria.
- The applicant must choose one of the following options:
- A non-refundable contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF), starting at $150,000 for a single applicant or $195,000 for a family of up to four members.
- Investment in approved real estate projects with a government-set minimum amount, starting at $200,000.
- All family members above 16 years old must undergo a Due Diligence check, including a mandatory online interview.
- The applicant needs to submit completed application forms and original or certified copies of various documents, such as a full birth certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), and police certificate.
St. Kitts and Nevis by Investment Documents
No language proficiency tests or academic requirements are imposed, and there are no residency prerequisites for citizenship. The passport is valid for 10 years and can be renewed at any consulates where the applicant resides.
