Founded in 2003, Premier started as a small business offering professional and high quality immigration, business set-up and tax advice to business owners by understanding both their business and personal goals and tailoring our service delivery to achieve them. 

Premier’s team has always been led by experienced, qualified professionals who have brought with them knowledge and expertise from working in some of the biggest professional firms assisting multinational clients, with the aim of bringing VIP level, personalised services to every client.

As our client base grew, we recognised the importance of a client driven expansion of our service offerings, so we developed a multifaceted approach that could facilitate success and security across the international market.

With continued growth and expansion, Premier now has offices in Europe, the Middle East and Far East, helping our clients to grow their businesses and mitigate risks through achieving global mobility.

Premier Consultancy are Government Authorised Agents to market and sell Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Programmes. Premier’s team are in direct contact with each Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), and government authorised lawyers to ensure that your application is compliant with legislation and processed efficiently.

Hammad Farooqi

CEO

Hammad qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Tax and the CBI Industry. He started his career with a big 4 accounting firm and moved to investment banking before starting Premier in London in 2003. Over the past decade, the business has expanded to the Middle East and South East Asia, offering a wide range of business consultancy services to clients.
When not travelling between offices, he enjoys following sports and having a bottle of wine from his wine cellar.

Huma Shahbaz

COO

Huma Shahbaz holds a Master’s in Public Relations and Advertising and has over a decade of experience in CBI (Citizenship by Investment) and RBI (Residency by Investment) programs. Starting her career as a Business Relations Manager and Advisor in a multinational firm, she progressed to General Manager and now serves as COO. Known for her natural talent in building strong business relationships, Huma leads multiple offices across regions.
An avid mentor, she is also passionate about adventure, travel, and exploring new countries, building networks globally.

Qurat Ul Ain

Project Manager Immigration Programmes

Qurat-ul-Ain is a seasoned client relations expert and advisor with over a decade of experience in the immigration sector. Starting her career in client relations, she quickly advanced to a project manager role specialising in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI). Qurat has successfully guided many families through life-changing immigration journeys, offering bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Her deep expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to those seeking a smooth, secure path to new opportunities.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, travelling, and relaxing at home with her favourite TV shows.

Lyana Farooqi

Creative Director

Lyana joined Premier in 2017 with a background in Psychology to help coordinate strategy across the different Premier offices. She is now responsible for managing the creative side of Premier’s marketing, as well as developing and monitoring ongoing Business Development Strategies.
Outside of work she enjoys using her creativity in board games, video games and tabletop RPGs as well as following her favourite sports teams.

Panida Wiwat

Director, Premier Thailand

Panida is a Tourism Graduate who manages Premier’s Thailand office, ensuring compliance with local legislation and developing business relationships with customers and suppliers in the South East Asia market.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, watching historical fiction films and eating her favourite foods (salmon!).

Dua Yaqoob

Senior Immigration Advisor

Dua Yaqoob is a Senior Immigration Advisor with over five years of specialist experience in tailored immigration solutions. With extensive expertise in immigration law and policy, Dua allows Premier clients to navigate complex immigration applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all people seeking global mobility options.
Away from work, she enjoys reading a variety of fiction and nonfiction books, exploring new places, shopping and photography.

Kay Khaing Zin Win

Senior Sales Consultant

Kay graduated as a Medical Doctor and has more than 13 years of experience in Marketing and Sales for a French Pharmaceutical Company in Myanmar. As a travel enthusiast who used to find it difficult to travel due to work commitments, she now enjoys helping Premier’s clients travel freely across the world and realise their dreams through global mobility. Away from work she enjoys going to the gym and travelling to new places.

Alina

Processing Officer

Alina joined Premier 3 years ago as a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer. She brings extensive experience in managing complex caseloads, whilst ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards; delivering timely updates and advice to clients, to help them navigate the full application process. As part of Premier’s experienced processing team, Alina ensures clients are well informed and supported throughout the process of gathering documents, file submission, due diligence and passport delivery. When not in the office she enjoys cooking, reading and listening to music.
